World Apart supports an English interface and subtitles, but the developer explicitly says English localization is incomplete. The Steam language table does not list full English audio. Expect those three questions—interface, subtitles and voice acting—to have different answers.

The warning appears in both the Early Access information and the game description. It should be part of a purchase or play decision, rather than a problem hidden behind a language-support checkbox.
If an instruction is unclear
Record the exact text, the quest or menu where it appears and the action you were trying to take. Report the example through the official community entry. Context is more useful than a general complaint that “English is broken,” especially when a term could refer to a realm, an artifact or an NPC relationship.
Do not assume that a literal translation from another xianxia game gives the same mechanic here. This site uses descriptive English translations for Chinese achievement conditions and identifies them as such; it does not claim they are finalized official English names.
Should you wait?
If following the story comfortably in English is essential to your enjoyment, consider the developer’s warning before starting. The developer points players to Steam’s refund policy for translation-related dissatisfaction. Eligibility depends on Steam’s current policy and your circumstances; this site cannot promise a refund.
Follow the official announcements for improvements and recheck the store language notes after updates. A general commitment to improve localization is not a confirmed completion date.
