World Apart’s launch description confirms secret-realm treasure exploration. The official achievement list also includes an extraction condition involving a 12-slot temporary backpack. Those facts establish exploration and an extraction goal; they do not establish every realm entrance, enemy, reward or safe route.
What the extraction condition tells you
The achievement 满载而归 describes bringing out a 12-slot temporary backpack in a single extraction. The important distinction is that it refers to the result of one extraction, not simply entering a realm or collecting items across several visits.
Before pursuing it, compare the achievement wording with the temporary inventory and exit information shown in your game. The source does not specify a guaranteed route, loot rarity requirement or exact list of items. Do not infer those extra conditions from the title of the achievement.

Keep roadmap areas separate
The upcoming Foundation Establishment plan discusses a Cangming Ruins Sea roguelike map with corresponding buffs and combinations. That is a development plan, not confirmation that you can already follow a route through that map in the launch build.
If a guide describes content you cannot locate, check its date, game identity and whether it is describing planned features. In particular, do not use an Endzone guide returned by the same English title. For a current entry problem, report the realm name shown in-game and your active objective rather than guessing a hidden requirement.
